Park Rules & Policies
Please review our policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
Traffic & Parking
- 5 MPH speed limit throughout the park
- All sites assigned by management - do not change without approval
- Visitors must park in designated parking areas only
- All vehicles and equipment must remain on concrete pad
- Driving or parking on grass is strictly prohibited
- Do not block roadways at any time
- Additional vehicles: $2/night if space allows
Quiet Hours & Noise
- Quiet time: 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM
- Music, radios, and TVs must not be heard outside your site
- Vehicle music must be kept to minimum on park property
- Respect your neighbors at all times
- Children must be supervised and at their site by 8:00 PM
Pet Policies
- Pet-friendly park - limit of 2 pets per site (dogs/cats only)
- All pets must be on leashes when outside RV
- Pet owners must pick up and dispose of droppings immediately
- Pets must be confined to RV when owners are away
- Do not walk pets on other campsites
- No vicious or aggressive dogs permitted
- Do not wash pet beds in small laundry machines
Safety & Security
- No firearms, firecrackers, or fireworks permitted
- Illegal drug use will be reported to authorities
- No generators operated in campground
- Do not modify sites by digging or trimming without approval
- Use wood or plastic pads under all jacks
- No concrete blocks or wood pallets allowed
Guest Conduct
- Guests responsible for actions of their visitors
- Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
- Alcoholic beverages at your campsite only, keep visibility minimal
- Never walk across another person's site
- Don't infringe on neighbors with slides, awnings, or equipment
- Camping is outdoor experience - no refunds for weather
Cleanliness & Environment
- Dispose of garbage in dumpster - not outside RV overnight
- No cigarette butts on ground or trash anywhere
- Sink/waste water must go in approved receptacles
- Do not wash vehicles without management approval
- Keep your site clean and tidy
- Respect park property and facilities
Facilities Usage
- Restrooms and laundry available 24 hours with access code
- Remove laundry promptly after cycle completion
- Do not wash pets or dishes in bathroom sinks/showers
- No washing bed linens or pet beds in small machines
- Use large commercial machine for bulky items
- Keep facilities clean for all guests
General Policies
- Management reserves right to refuse entry or remove guests
- No responsibility assumed for accidents, injuries, or losses
- No responsibility for lost or stolen items
- Subletting is not permitted
- Currently not accepting park models, pop-ups, tiny houses
- All guests must sign liability waiver
Emergency Procedures & Weather Policy
State of Emergency
- • Park aligns with Ware County emergency protocols
- • If evacuation mandated, park will close per county order
- • No liability for items left during emergency
- • No refunds for pending reservations during emergency
Weather Policy
- • Camping is outdoor experience subject to all weather
- • Never closed due to weather (but could happen)
- • No refunds for weather events or road conditions

IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENT - MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL GUESTS
Waiver of Liability
The undersigned hereby waives, releases and forever discharges Kettle Creek RV Campground, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps.
Acknowledgment
- • We are here of our own free will and entirely at our own risk
- • We understand injuries may arise from our own or others' negligence
- • We understand injuries may arise from conditions on premises
- • We assume all related risks, both known and unknown
- • Kettle Creek RV Campground is not responsible for errors or omissions
- • This waiver remains in effect for duration of stay
Legal Agreement
- • This is a release of liability - we voluntarily give up rights
- • We waive the right to bring legal action against the park
- • We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the campground
- • We defend against any claims brought by us or on our behalf
- • This includes attorney's fees and related costs
- • Agreement covers all persons in our party
By Signing This Agreement, You Acknowledge:
- ✓ You have read all Kettle Creek RV Campground Guidelines carefully
- ✓ You agree to follow all guidelines and park rules
- ✓ You have discussed this with all persons in your party
- ✓ All party members have authorized your signature on their behalf
- ✓ You understand this is a legal waiver of your rights
- ✓ You are signing voluntarily and of your own free will
